نطلقت فكرة مجموعة “قافلة” (Caravan) من قصة القوافل التي خرجت من قلب الأراضي السعودية، حاملة خيرات البلاد وثرواتها عبر الصحارى إلى الشام والعراق والهند، لتربط بين الحضارات وتروي تاريخًا عريقًا من التجارة والتبادل الثقافي. ومن هذه الرحلات التاريخية وُلدت هذه المجموعة المكوّنة من ست قطع، حيث تمثل كل قطعة أحد كنوز القافلة
حمراء القافلة” تجسد فخامة الياقوت الأحمر الذي كان يُحفظ في الصناديق الخشبية الثمينة، بأقمشة لامعة تتدرج بين الأحمر الناري والعنّابي، مع تفاصيل تعكس بريق الأحجار الكريمة
أما “رائحة الرحلة” فتستحضر أكياس البن العربي التي كانت من أهم سلع التجارة في القوافل، بألوان دافئة من البني والبيج والذهبي، وخطوط منحنية مستوحاة من حركة طحن القهوة وانسيابها
وتعكس قطعة “عطر الصحراء” روح البخور المتصاعد في الهواء، بأقمشة خفيفة وألوان هادئة من الفضي والرمادي والعاجي، تتحرك بانسيابية تشبه دخان البخور
أما “ذهب الواحات” فيجسد كنوز التمور السعودية القادمة من الواحات، بألوان عسلية وبنية دافئة وخطوط مستوحاة من سعف النخيل وسلال الخوص التي كانت تحفظ الثمار
وتحكي قطعة “عابرة الرمال” قصة الإبل وصبرها في حمل أثقال القوافل عبر الصحارى، بألوان رملية وعاجية تعكس القوة والهدوء في آنٍ واحد
وأخيرًا، تأتي قطعة “صهيل” المستوحاة من رشاقة الخيول العربية ونبلها، بخطوط ديناميكية وألوان الأسود والأبيض والفضي التي تعكس الحركة والانطلاق
تشكل هذه القطع معًا رحلة بصرية تحكي قصة القافلة وكنوزها، حيث يلتقي التراث بالحركة والتصميم المعاصر في مجموعة تحتفي بالهوية والثقافة السعودية
The “Caravan” collection was inspired by the historic trade caravans that once departed from the heart of Saudi Arabia, carrying the nation’s treasures across vast deserts to the Levant, Iraq, and India, connecting cultures and civilizations. From these journeys, the Caravan collection was created, consisting of six pieces, each representing one of the caravan’s treasured goods.
“Caravan Red” reflects the luxury of red rubies once stored in precious wooden chests, expressed through luminous fabrics in fiery red and burgundy tones that echo the brilliance of gemstones.
“Scent of the Journey” is inspired by Arabian coffee beans, one of the most valuable goods carried by caravans. Warm shades of brown, beige, and gold are paired with flowing lines that evoke the movement of grinding and pouring coffee.
“Desert Essence” captures the spirit of rising incense smoke, with light fabrics and elegant tones of silver, grey, and ivory that move softly like drifting fragrance in the desert air.
“Oasis Gold” represents the treasured Saudi dates brought from fertile oases, expressed through honey and brown tones with details inspired by palm leaves and traditional woven baskets.
“Sand Crosser” tells the story of the camels that carried the caravan’s heavy loads across the desert, reflected in sandy and ivory tones that balance endurance and grace.
Finally, “Neigh” celebrates the elegance and nobility of Arabian horses, with dynamic lines and a palette of black, white, and silver that capture their movement and spirit.
Together, these six designs create a visual journey inspired by the caravan’s treasures, blending heritage, movement, and contemporary design in a collection that celebrates Saudi identity and culture.
