Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:
Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and official working days.

Returns:
If you wish to return a product, please send a return request via email or contact us through the customer service number.

After receiving your request, we will arrange a pickup with the shipping company.

Return shipping fees (the original delivery cost) will be deducted from your invoice before refunding the remaining amount. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
